  1. Natural source of skin protection. Nutrients like vitamin E, C and antioxidants protect your skin against wrinkles and other signs of age. Papaya enzymes are used in facial treatments to break down dead skin.
  2. Good for your eyes. Beta-carotene, vitamin A, lutein and zeaxanthin are all found in papaya. Lutein and zeaxanthin protects against age related macular degeneration (which causes blindness).
  3. Heart Protection. Vitamin E, C and antioxidants all found in papaya help to reduce the oxidation of cholesterol in arteries – reducing risk of heart disease.
