Are you as curious as I am to find out what Kim Kardashian’s pregnancy workouts are like? As it turns out my girl Kim isn’t letting pregnancy slow her down one bit. In fact, she is ready to stay healthy and is more motivated than ever to put fitness and nutrition first.
Kim is working with trainer to the stars Tracy Anderson to keep her baby mama body in top notch shape. Anderson is working very closely with Kim to be sure her exercise plan is in sync with her body and specific needs, and says the maternity fitness routines are focused on circulation and staying connected.
Her trainer was recently quoted saying that Kim has been “doing amazing!” and “She’s listening to her body and not overdoing anything.”

She also helped older sister Kourtney Kardashian lose her baby weight in just six months after her adorable baby daughter Penelope was born. Tracy is known for tailoring workouts for pregnant women through each stage and even has a new workout DVD called the Pregnancy Project!
