Pets- Pets are work sometimes but owning one has a lot of helpful benefits. If you’re stressed, take some time to give your pet a little love today. Petting your pet can reduce your heart rate and it can release oxytocin and endorphins, as well.
Read- Get out of your head by getting lost into something else. A good book can help reduce stress, anxiety, and more! Plus, learning from a good book never hurt anyone. Expand your mind while relaxing after a long day—maybe with a cup of tea!
Aromatherapy- Aromatherapy has real benefits beyond reducing stress. It can help you feel energized and more relaxed. Research even suggests it can alter brain wave activity and decrease stress hormones in the body.
