How to Turn a Failure into a Success Story
- Just go ahead and take a little T-O. A time out every now and then is totally ok, especially if you’re feeling defeated. Taking a deep breath and finding some time to check in with you can be totally refreshing.
- Go for a reality check. Take a minute to be sure your goals are realistic and achievable in the time frame you have established.
- Ask for help! You don’t have to do it all alone. Your friends and family want to support you, so take them up on it and you just may be able to reach those goals.
- Find motivation in a cool project or even in your hero. (Go ahead, shoot for the stars!)
