For many of us Memorial Day marks the beginning of summer, casual attire and beach time! Memorial Weekend doesn’t officially kick-off until Friday, but many of us begin to take off today or at least try to make the most of out our 3-day weekend. Are you one of those people that waits until last minute to figure out your weekend plans? Here are 5 things to do Memorial Day weekend:

1. Head to the Keys. If you live in the South Florida area than maybe heading to the keys can become your weekend oasis. Whether it’s a one day trip or a 3 day weekend nothing beats Memorial Weekend like sipping on a delicious Mojito while laying on the beach overlook crystal blue waters.

2. Have a BBQ with friends & family. This is the time to enjoy your time with friends & family and what better way than by having a BBQ at the park or simply in your back yard.

3. Vegas, Vegas, Vegas. Are you looking to party like a rock star? Well heading to Vegas is your best bet! From celebrities to entrepreneurs Vegas has become the “it” destination during Memorial Day Weekend.

4. Visit your parents. Use this time to spend time with your parents. Some of us don’t get to see our parents often either because we are too busy working or we simply don’t live in the same state. No matter what the reason is spending time with your family during a 3 day weekend can be great!

5. Rearrange your home. Memorial Weekend means summer and this means eliminating unwanted clutter from Winter & Spring. Redecorate your bedroom, organize your garage, clean out your closet whatever it is make sure is productive that way you have the entire summer to relax.
