  4. Testimonials. Reach out to your most consistent customers for testimonials. Let them know you will highlight the best ones on your website or social media, and the negative ones? Promise to learn from them and follow through.
  5. Apps. From Hootsuite to Facebook Insights to Google Analytics, you can gauge your audience’s interest in the content you are posting online through applications that offer accurate statistics.
