Did you know that the most powerful time to manifest is right before you fall asleep? Yup, your thinking mind may turn off but your subconscious mind stays up all night. A big part of manifesting—or making any goal or dream happen—is changing the narrative in your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is where you believe in yourself. It’s where those old belief systems lie. Change your belief system by doing this trick before you fall asleep tonight! Read on for more.

If you can tap into your unconscious mind, you can create massive shifts in your reality. So here’s what you need to do five minutes before you fall asleep tonight. When you first lay your head down to sleep, your mind is still awake processing the day. As you relax, your mind calms down and you start experiencing different images. At this point, I want you to try to choose that one thing you’re trying to manifest. Perhaps it’s your dream job or that great person who will help change your business. Choose one so you don’t confuse your subconscious mind. Choose that one thing and visualize it. Give it all you’ve got! How does it feel? What does it look like? Allow as many images and sensations to come to you as you can. Your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and not real!

If you’re trying to change a belief, try repeating an affirmation when you’re getting into that deep sleep! It could make things easier for you!
