Idol’s executive producer Nigel Lythgoe confirmed Lopez’s return on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show Wednesday morning. During the phone call to the show, Lythgoe settled the speculation, confirming, “I am delighted to say that all three judges, along with the brilliant host of ‘American Idol’ is back for the next season.”
