Make A Commitment- Make a commitment to love yourself. Once you make a commitment to treat yourself with kindness and respect, things fall into place all on their own. Try to be your own best friend, and notice when you aren’t being kind to yourself. Stop that negative voice in your head and listen to the voice of reason instead.

Treat Your Body With Love- Pick up healthier habits this New Year. Respect your body and it’s process. Try your best to love your body as it is. It will be a battle, but if you take baby steps, things will work out. It’s time to treat your body with respect and love.

Mediate- Make an effort to meditate. Use affirmations to help you on your journey through change this year. Try things your normally wouldn’t try. Instead of feeling nervous, focus on the present and let the change wash over you. It’s your year. How will you spend it?

Take Up Self-Care Habits- Try to take up some self-care habits this New Year. I like to go on walks and jogs. I also enjoy cooking. What do you like to do? Maybe you like to draw. As long as you take the time to center yourself, you’ll be able to take on anything that comes your way this 2016!
