Create this Look:
- Apply Motives Eye Base to the lid.
- Using the provided angled brush, take the darkest shade in the Motives Essential Brow Kit and draw a line under the brow, forming the length and arch shape you want your brow to be.
- Next, fill in the brow shape.
- Clean up around the edges of the brown using the lighter shade in the kit.
- To keep
you brow shape in place, use your finger to apply a small amount of brow wax.
