Did anyone else happen to notice that many parts of the country have recently experienced unseasonably warm weather? It’s certainly making many of us feel like spring is in the air – and it’s wonderful! I am loving every minute of it. It’s also putting me in the mood to get spring ready by detoxing a bit – bringing body and mind back to a place where I feel a bit lighter on my feet and ready to enjoy the sunnier days and warmer temps.
One of favorite ways to do that is to incorporate green juice into my daily routine. It gets me going, makes my system feel clean and gives me an extra energy burst that I can really use this time of year. In the spirit of spring, let’s get green with these five green juice recipes.

1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger Root
1/8 teaspoon Cardamom
2 cups spinach, packed

1 medium apple
