Self-Love Habits That Will Change Your Life
Explore Your Self-Hatred- Do some soul searching. Why are you so hard on yourself at times? We all have insecurities, and we all have doubt. It’s time to get to know yourself. I think many people out there have fears when learning about themselves. Explore your self-hatred from a completely non-judgemental way. Think of yourself as a therapist. Don’t be afraid of unlocking your insecurities!
Honor Your Body- This is going to be tough, but you’re going to have to constantly show your body love. Like I said, we all have insecurities but now is the time to read to them differently. In every way you’re going to have to show yourself and your body love. Every time you look at yourself in the mirror or every time you see a photo of yourself, tell yourself that you’re beautiful and worthy of love. Every. Time! It’s going to take living a more mindful life but you can do it!
Get Out of Your Comfort Zone- Do something that scares you a little bit every day. Challenge yourself. What scares you? What makes you nervous to try? Go after it in small increments. If you’re worried about meeting new people for the business, try just saying hi to someone at a coffee shop. Maybe start out with a smile. Small steps to getting out of your comfort zone make a big difference.
