Exercise- Oh boy, I must sound like a broken record to some of you. I know, exercise is my go-to remedy for almost everything, but seriously! Exercise helps with your emotions in the long run. Get Off Social Media- Limit your social media use. It’s been proven that seeing all those perfectly posed pictures on Instagram (which are fake, by the way), make you depressed. They cause anxiety because they give us the sense that we aren’t living our lives the way we should.

Get to the Root of the Problem- Having social anxiety could be a fear of not being accepted. Feeling anxious about money stability could mean that you’re worrying about the future. Think about your problems and let them go. Sometimes it’s best to be present and enjoy the moment for what it is.
