Aperol Mist

Ingredients:
1 oz Aperol
1 oz fresh lemon juice
Belgian-style wheat beer (such as Hoegaarden)
Lemon twist (for serving)
Directions:
Combine Aperol and lemon juice in a pint glass filled with ice. Top off with beer. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Michelada Gingembre

Ingredients:
Ice
6 oz chilled Sprite®
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
¾ oz fresh ginger juice (grated from a 2-inch piece of fresh ginger and pressed through a fine strainer)
Dash of jalapeño hot sauce
12 oz chilled IPA-style beer
Pinch of sea salt
Directions:
Fill a chilled pint glass halfway with ice. Add the Sprite®, lemon juice, simple syrup, ginger juice, and hot sauce; stir well. Add enough beer to fill the glass; top with the salt. As you finish the drink, continue to pour in more beer.
Beer Can Bloody Mary

Ingredients:
1 (12 oz) can cold lager beer
½ cup (4 oz) cold tomato juice
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp black pepper
3 to 4 dashes of hot sauce
1 celery stalk
Directions
Pour off or drink ½ cup of the beer from the can. Set aside. Stir together tomato juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and hot sauce until well combined. Pour mixture into the beer can, and garnish with celery stalk. If serving in a glass, add ice.
Beer Margaritas

Ingredients:
4 12 oz bottles cold light-flavored beer
1 cup (8 oz) tequila
1 12 oz can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
Lime wedges
Kosher salt, for rimming glasses
Directions:
In a large pitcher, combine the beer, tequila, and limeade. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass and dip it in the salt. Pour the margaritas into the glasses and garnish with a lime wedge.
Cherry Shandy

1 ½ oz Luxardo Sangue Morlacco
6 oz IPA beer of your choice
Luxardo cherry, for garnish
Directions:
Stir IPA and luxardo in a tumbler; garnish with a cherry.
