I used to think that waist trainers were glorified girdles with no benefits other than the fact that they’re so tight you can’t breathe. I have so many friends that wear waist trainers on the daily, but I didn’t think to try one until a friend talked to me about their benefits—including instant slimming results. I was intrigued. After months at the gym, I had trouble seeing real results around the stomach and back area. Once I started doing cardio with my waist trainer, things changed.
