Self-Discipline- I've learned a lot through my morning routine. Including self-discipline. My morning routine has taught me to get out of bed faster. I don't lay in bed and dawdle on my phone. When My alarm goes off, I'm up and ready to begin my routine.

Waking up early- My body is officially used to waking up early. I wake up, and I'm ready to start at an early time. Because I do it every day, waking up early is no big deal, so I get more done than ever. If you've got a busy life and on top of that are an entrepreneur UFO, wake up early! Don't hit that snooze button, please.

Reduce Stress- A good start to your day will help you to relieve stress. When you're rushed, you're overwhelmed. Wake up early, make your bed, and journal. That way you feel like you can take on anything the day has for you.

Focus on what you do best- Successful people have routines to make their lives simpler. I choose what I'm going to wear the night before so I can just focus on what I do best: work! JR and I are running a business here so the less friction and stress in our lives the better. Do what you do best by starting a morning routine.
