Move Your Alarm Clock- Hit the snooze button a little too often? Listen, I get it. I like to spend a few extra minutes snoozing as well. Who doesn’t? The only problem is that it makes me get ready in a rush. I feel like I don’t have time to get everything done and it starts my day on the wrong foot. When I move my alarm away from my bed, I’m forced to stand up, wake up, and get my day started right.

Organize Your Workspace- Before you start your day, spend a few minutes organizing your workspace. I swear, this will get you in the right frame of mind for work. It gives you a fresh start and makes the rest of your workday a breeze.

Start Work Early- Get the hardest part of your day over with by doing it first. Wake up, get to work, and start off with the task you’re least looking forward to doing. Once it’s accomplished, you’ll be able to take on anything the day throws your way.

Try The Pomodoro Effect- Studies show that working for 25 minutes, taking a 5 minutes break, and working for 25 more minutes makes you more productive. 25 on, 5 off! That’s how it’s done, people!
