1 ounce lime juice
5 ounces reposado tequila
2 ounces triple sec
4 slices grapefruit or twists
1. Run a lime wedge halfway around the rims of four margarita glasses and dip into salt. Set aside.
2. Combine 7 ounces grapefruit juice, one-half ounce lime juice, 2 1/2 ounces tequila and 1 ounce triple sec in a cocktail shaker. Shake over ice until chilled. Strain into two ice-filled, salt-rimmed margarita glasses.
3. Garnish with a twist or slice of grapefruit. Repeat to make two more cocktails.
4 oz Prosecco
1 oz club soda
1 orange peel
1 lime wedge
The 1966 Cosmopolitan:
1 1/4 oz vodka
1 oz raspberry tincture
3/4 fresh squeezed lemon juice
3-4 drops of orange blossom water
Combine all ingredients (except orange blossom water) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over 1 large ice cube and top with drops of the orange blossom water. Finally, squeeze the lemon peel (skin side over the glass) to express the essential oils. Add garnish and enjoy!
Mint Plum Whisky Sour:
Half a plum, sliced
1.5 oz bourbon
1 oz lemon juice
.5 Simple Syrup (1 part water + 1 part sugar)
A slice of plum for garnish
A cocktail* or rocks glass
In your cocktail shaker, throw in your mint leaves and your plum slices and lightly muddle. Once that’s all done, add all the rest of the ingredients in your shaker, fill with ice and give it a nice good shake. Next, grab your glass (if you have a rocks glass, fill it with ice), and strain the mixture into it. Add the plum for garnish and enjoy!
Classic Mint Julep:
25–30 mint leaves + 2.5 ounces of bourbon + 1 ounce of simple syrup + ice + one big shake = the perfect mint julep to strain over crushed ice
Just topped with a sprig of mint, place a few bets and add a great hat.
