We all want personal growth and to become the best versions of ourselves. Yet, we don't know where to start. I know it can be hard, but there are so many ways to experience growth that you haven't thought of yet. Read on to learn more about the subject!

1. Focus on the Future- Set goals and get them done. Focus on the present moment, of course, but also think about your future. Think of the possibilities, people! Don't define yourself by who you once were.
2. Feel Everything- God gave us a myriad of emotions for a reason. Even though it doesn't feel good, it's okay to be sad, angry, and happy. We tend to run away from the emotions we dislike the most, but feeling things out and making your way through them makes you a better you!
3. Set Boundaries- Set boundaries when it comes to everything. Too much of one thing is not good. This is for your own good. You're setting boundaries to protect yourself.
4. Commit to Healthy Habits- Drink more water, exercise more. Find your why, and it will make these difficult tasks easier. Take care of yourself first to avoid burnout.
5. Practice Gratitude- Replace complaints with feelings of gratitude. I try to be grateful for everything in my life. The good and the bad. Think of it this way when you want to complain: "this is good because..." Find the good in everything.
6. Get Out of Your Comfort Zone- Cultivate curiosity. Step outside of what makes you comfortable. It's the most important step to growing and changing.
7. Be Easy on Yourself- Give yourself a little bit of grace. Be forgiving to yourself. As you change, you need to love yourself along the journey.
