  • Prioritize! Figure out where you are wasting time and then make some changes. Working smarter not harder gives you more free time to focus on your passion.
  • Take time out for a vacation. A recharge is absolutely necessary every once in a while.
  • Get enough sleep and get quality sleep. Good sleep will set your whole day straight.
  • Give yourself a little “me” time to do something that makes you happy. Just an hour, maybe once a week, doing something just for you.
  • Take time in your day to exercise. It clears your head and helps you maintain a clear head at work.
  • Spend quality time with friends and family. Put away your phone and focus on quality time.
