15 Resolutions to Add to Your List

15 Resolutions That Should Be on Your List

#1. Stop procrastinating and start doing. This one might be a little easier said than done, but if you’re up for a challenge, I say go for it!

#2. Take time to breathe and focus every single day. Perhaps test the waters with some beginner meditation skills.

#3. Take a chance on something and don’t look back.

#4. Commit to making some form of exercise part of your new 2017 daily routine.

#5. Start going to bed earlier and waking up earlier too. Making the most of your day feels amazing – you just have to get into a routine.

#6. Spend time reading every day. No matter how busy you are, make reading a priority – even if it’s just for a few minutes before you doze off.

#7. Keep your home, office and car neater, cleaner and more organized. It will feel amazing!

#8. Strive to achieve some work/life balance. Make just as much time for fun as you do for work. It always pays off!

#9. Get back in touch with old friends who you miss and love.

#10. Join a conversational language group to learn a completely new language – you’ll have such a wonderful time.

#11. Drop the smoking habit and pick up something healthy instead. This one is a lifesaver.

#12. Challenge yourself with a new type of exercise.

#13. Make your savings account your priority. That might mean getting creative, but that’s why resolutions are a challenge!

#14. Spend some time giving back to your community. Join a board, volunteer…get out there.

#15. Let your hair down and leave stress behind.
