What are the positive effects?- There are so many benefits of using CBD. It will promote balance, reduce inflammation, decrease blood pressure, and possibly kill cancer cells. It can reduce pain, anxiety, and depression, and even prevent diabetes.

What are the negative effects?- At the moment CBD is completely unregulated, so that’s something to consider before trying it. Some of the adverse effects include dry mouth, drowsiness, and lightheadedness. Although it’s not for everyone, it could be an alternative relief from those suffering from the ailments above. You just have to consider everything before trying this out.

How can you take it?- It comes in oil that you can ingest. You can also smoke it and take it orally in the form of edibles, lozenges, beverages, tinctures, and gel caps. It can also be applied topically.
