Monday Motivation: Get Your Dream Derriere with the 30-Day Squat Challenge

30-Day Squat Challenge

As an entrepreneur always on-the-go, I know how difficult it can be to squeeze in time to work out. Without our health, we have nothing, so health is a top priority for me for the rest of 2018. Aim to carve out some time each day for the 30-day squat challenge, and you’ll soon have the J.Lo and Kim Kardashian West booty of your dreams. Add resistance bands for extra oomph.

Monday Motivation: Get Your Dream Derriere with the 30-Day Squat Challenge

30-Day Squat Challenge

Before we get to the challenge, you need to know how to do a proper squat. Follow the steps below to master the perfect form.

How to Squat Like a Pro

1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, with your toes pointed forward and your chin up.
2. Make sure to keep your arms by your side or hold them straight out in front of your body.
3. Lower your body until your thighs are parallel with the ground.
4. Stand up and repeat.

Once you’ve mastered how to squat, you’re ready to tackle the challenge itself.
