While the reality star and entrepreneur confessed that she struggled with her weight during her pregnancy, she’s seems to have effortlessly shed the extra pounds after North West arrived. Now that she’s been spotted in everything from revealing gowns at Paris Fashion Week to sexy jeans and tee in Los Angeles, everyone wants to know how Kim Kardashian lost the baby weight.

Kimmy revealed to a fan on Twitter during Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that she’s “actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it.”

“She is eating lots of lean proteins, healthy fats like nuts and avocado, carbs, fruits, veggies and cheese. She wanted to be a healthy, nursing mom and not toxify her milk with her diet or lose weight too quickly. She’s been doing Atkins since her doctor approved it at the end of June.” – Atkins rep to Us Weekly
