Kendall Jenner has been working really hard to keep her body in shape for all the amazing runways she’s been walking, and she recently shared how you can do it too! As much as I imagine that her age (faster metabolism) helps her stay fit, you can tell by this video posted on her official website that it takes quite a bit of dedication and sweat to look that fit.
This quick 11-minute routine is what she does when she’s traveling or doesn’t have time to dedicate to a full workout at the gym. The best part of it all is that you don’t need any fancy equipment to get this done. Make some space at home or wherever you are, and burn some calories like model Kendall.
"If I'm traveling or don't feel like leaving my house, these are all the moves I try to get in — in just 11 minutes," she says in the post.
Moves include various versions of the plank, which is considered an extremely important exercise for core conditioning. The toughest part is learning proper form or you risk injury. But with practice, you’ll benefit greatly from this simple exercise including a toned tummy, flexibility, reduced back pain, improved balance and posture, boost in metabolism, increased flexibility and even a better mood!
