STEP BY STEP:
-Apply shades from the Demure Palette for the transition, highlight and depth
-Use the wand to carefully apply Mavens Matte in Daddy’s Girl on the lid as a base
-For the glitter effect, I blended @mbacosmetics Twinkle Dust in Aqua with Motives Gem Sparkles in Morganite
-Use Motives for La La Mineral Khol Eyeliner in Black on the top lash line
-Finish off with Khol Eyeliner in Bare on the bottom lashes
-Top the lips with Illuminating Lip Shine for in Motives for Lala in Sassy
-For a a full lash effect, try Motives Fiber Lush Mascara
