Working out is probably the last thing on your mind but I’m here to sprinkle a little motivation! We need to be healthier than ever and staying active is at the heart of it. I personally have stopped going to gyms in person and for awhile now I’ve been working out with a personal trainer at home. With everything going on I’ve been forced to get creative, like most of us when it comes to working out alone at home. Today I wanted to share a few tips on how you can level up your at-home gym! CREATE A PROTEIN "BAR"

Stock up on your favorite supplements and protein bars! Store them in cute jars and baskets to match your vibe.

KEEP TOWELS IN A MINI FRIDGE

Drop a few essential oils to each towel and you’ll feel like you’re working out at a luxury gym.

INVEST IN QUALITY SPEAKERS
