Scientific studies have shown that we are happiest when we surround ourselves with happy people who radiate positive vibes and uplift our spirits.

2. Stay true to your values.

When you stay true to yourself and honor your values, you feel happier and more at peace with yourself.

3. Appreciate all the good things.

Having an appreciation for all the good things in our lives puts us in a far happier and more positive place. Gratitude brings more blessings too.

4. Visualize your happiness.

What does your happiest life look like? Visualize it. The more you imagine yourself living your most joyful existence, the more likely it will become your reality.
