Inspiration is hard to come by. Or is it? Maybe it just takes a few changes. Maybe all you have to do to feel inspired is actively listen and focus on the present moment. Get Some Sleep- Sleep gives you more energy during your day and keeps you happy.
Figure Out Your Top Three Tasks- Every morning, make a list of three tasks you want to accomplish that day.
Take Some Breaks- Use the 50/10 rule. Work on your most important tasks for 50 minutes and then take a break for 10 minutes to refocus.
Reflect on Your Day- At the end of the day reflect. Learn from your mistakes and reward yourself for what you did right.
Read- Read books yournormally wouldn’t read, and always keep your mind focused. Read book you love and keep your library full. You learn when you read. There’s a reason why it’s good for you so just do it!
Browse- Learn from the Internet. We have information at our fingertips so it’s important that we use it. Read articles that enlighten you. Watch tutorials that will help make you better.
Brainstorm- Brainstorm on new ideas. It could be a creative goldmine.
Express Gratitude- Keep a gratitude list. Tell those that you love why you love them. Keep your heart open and remind yourself of what’s good in your life.
Clean Your Space- An organized space could lead to an organized life so be sure to do some cleaning, get rid of junk that’s taking up your space. Minimize and take care of your space.
Indulge in What You Like- Listen to your favorite albums, eat that chocolate slowly to enjoy the flavor. Laugh with family and friends. Enjoy yourself and enjoy your life.
