I just got off stage after opening MAIC 2016 and, as always, I am blown away by the energy and love from our crowd. Over 20,000 entrepreneurs are in the building, eager and ready to make a change in their lives and take control of their futures. The kind of excitement that radiates from an individual who is ready to take hold of their life is hard to contain. And I was privy to that today as I looked out at the crowd in the Greensboro Coliseum and saw thousands of people who are ready for a better way of life looking right back at me.
I used to get butterflies before going on stage because I was so nervous about speaking in public. Now I get chills when I see how many people are ready to take on their goals and win. The difference between dreaming and doing is remembering why you started in the first place. Once you can figure out your Why, the rest flows together. Just ahead, I hope these words help inspire your next start. If you are clear and focused on what you’re working towards, your motivation will propel you forward.
