Spotted! Kourtney Kardashian rings in the new year's wearing Loren Jewels diamond and gold earrings. The reality TV star posted details about her fab night in Vegas at the Chateau nightclub at Paris hotel with boyfriend Scott. 

Kourtney says, "Being pregnant hosting a party on New Year's eve in Las Vegas was a first....I'm just happy I am out of my first trimester where I was exhausted and nauseous. It was  It was definitely a night to remember! Wishing everyone a blessed 2011.

New Year's eve is all about spending it with all those you love! For "2012" we rang in the New Year's with friends & family and some special guests including my dear friend Jennifer Lopez. The night started around 8:30 where friends & family gathered on our yacht Utopia 3 for a small intimate dinner before celebrating and dancing 2011 away to the great mix of DJ Mr. Sandman. Around 11:45 guests gathered together for a special countdown to bring in 2012. We danced the night away singing to some of our favorite tunes while guests were entertained by Jennifer's swift dance moves and Miami Dolphin's running back Reggie Bush hyped the crowd on the mic. Overall it was a beautiful night filled with fun, laughter and love! Thank you all for coming now let's make this our best year yet!

2011 is now coming to a close. We laughed, cried, screamed, feared, yelled, surprised, celebrated and loved! A beautiful journey to be remembered with friends, families and loved ones! As the day ends a new year begins full of love, possibilities, hopes and dreams, laughter and joy and another opportunity to rewrite your future! Here's to a healthy and prosperous "New Year" filled with lots and lots of love! Below is a little New Year's poem for you to enjoy.

2011 was a great year for artist, movies, musical comebacks and weddings. Though, you can't have a good year without a few celebrities messing and making headlines. Here is my list of 2011 celebrities hit and misses of 2011.

1. There was no better comeback in 2011 than my dear friend's Jennifer Lopez. From American Idol to her #1 single "On the Floor" with Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez was seen everywhere from her outstanding performance at the American Music Awards to her trendsetting style on every major magazine. This year was the year of "Lopez."

2. The Royal Wedding. If you missed Prince William's and Kate Middleton's fairy tale wedding, you were probably hiding under a rock. Seen by over billions of people the Royal Wedding made us cry and know that anyone can get their prince charming.

This is so exciting! My dear friend Lala Anthony stopped by our Market America offices in North Carolina yesterday to work on an amazing project with Motives by Loren Ridinger Cosmetics. Lala toured the facility, met with our wonderful team in Greensboro including our Executive President Marty Weissman (in the photo) and our Motives Brand specialist Kim Yow! The team and Lala are working on a very special project with Motives Cosmetics launching during 2012 World Conference in Miami.

I can't wait for Lala and I to share all of these products with you. They are extremely amazing and beautiful. 

We are gathered here today to start fresh. January always comes toting familiar feelings of newness. A reset button, if you will, it kindly invites us to begin again. Fresh. 2011 will be leaving us in just a few short days.  It was a difficult year for some and an interesting year for others.  There were so many lessons that were learned, new paths that were created, and for some, a back track in our steps lead to clarity and individual successes.  All in all, there were moments throughout the year that made us think, gasp, cry, reflect, and question, "what were they thinking?"  Here is LW's list of the most memorable moments of 2011:
