What's the right motivation? There are moments when we have to stop and question the motivation behind our goals. We work hard each day in attempts to become the person we desire to be and accomplish the goals we have set for ourselves. Have you ever sat down and thought about the right motivation behind those attempts?

When someone treats you like you're not good enough, ignore them. If you meet someone who says your idea will never work or that your efforts are being wasted, run in the opposite direction. Accept that these people will never understand your passion or your dreams and move on from them and do not look back. Never let their negativity affect you or your positive thought process. When I hear the words "no" I know that I am only speaking with the wrong person and you should remember the same the next time a door closes. You have the desire to succeed and deserve to be surrounded by others with the same drive; a commitment to your goals is something to be proud of. You are the better person for living in possibility, for living with the hope and knowledge that one day you will achieve something great.

3 Goals To Set For Fall

Fall marks the beginning of a new season and the beginning of your new goals. Summer has come to an end, no more vacations, kids are back to school and within no time you'll be celebrating the holidays with your family. This fall take the time to reflect on your past accomplishment, analyze your previous objectives and plan for new goals. It's not what you didn't do or what you could have done, but what you are willing to do to change your life and your future. Here are 3 important goals to set for fall.

1. Consistency: create a routine. Whether you want to loose weight or you want to learn something new consistency is key for achieving your goals. Many of us have so many things we want to accomplish, but unfortunately the minute we feel it's challenging we give up. Stay consistent and build a routine to achieve your goal.

Give Yourself a Goal

Do yourself a favor and give yourself a goal.  Make it meaningful, make it exciting, make it challenging and then make it happen.  Set your goal a little big beyond what you already know you can do.  Then when you reach it you'll not only have the achievement, you'll also have an increased level of confidence.

As long you're making the effort to live this day, give it a purpose. Give yourself a goal and transform fleeting time into lasting accomplishment.  From where you are, you can go anywhere.  One by one, the goals set will get you there.  Working steadily and persistently toward a goal will energize all aspects of your life and bring the awesome power of focus to your efforts.  There's truly no feeling quite like it.  Challenge yourself forward with great and meaningful goal.  Give yourself a goal, and make yourself some real treasure.

What Makes Us Believe?

believe

The other night, I sat down with a friend of mine who had recently returned from a trip to Peru. She explains that is was more of a mission than a vacation. From climbing the famous Machu Picchu mountain to visiting the Inca’s land, she truly immersed herself in their culture.

But perhaps the most fascinating part of her trip was realizing how much believing was part of these people’s culture. She told me “we couldn’t help but believe that everything was going to work out for us while we were there. If we didn’t believe, we would seem weird.” So her and her girlfriend believed that they would come across everything they needed while on their adventure. And guess what? It did. Even to the point that they asked the universe to hold the rain the day they hiked the mountain, even though it rained every other day during their nine-day trip. They believed the rain would hold out and it did.

Setting goals for myself is one my favorite pastimes. Have you ever set a goal for yourself and about two years later it actually happens? It’s an amazing feeling, isn’t it? Sometimes all it takes is a thought. But for bigger goals, it may take a little more concentrated manifesting.

(my goal: to help others succeed. With a very lucky and excited Market America distributor and fan at our International convention)

Here’s an exercise that can help you stay on track with your goals. Start by writing down where you are today in all arenas of your life, whether it be work, family life or social life. Next write down where you’d like to be 10 years from now according to each category. Now, look at both columns. Ask yourself what steps you need to take in order to get from where you are today to 10 years from now. Go ahead and write down those steps. You now have yourself a roadmap to your goals!
