Hi from the sky! JR, Amber, Duane and I left Hong Kong a few hours ago so I am officially on my way back to NYC. It is 16 long hours on this flight but I need to stay awake to get on east coast time! I can't believe JR and I are headed home after a month tour all over the world. Fantastic memories of launching Motives by Loren Ridinger in the UK, Market Hong Kong convention and then Market Taiwan convention with more than 23,000 of our most amazing entrepreneurs.

Look who is here with me in Hong Kong!! The love of my life! My daughter Amber Ridinger and her fiance Duane McLaughlin flew in and surprised us in Hong Kong. I have missed Amber so much since we left New York for this trip. Even though they were both exhausted from a 16 hour flight plus the crazy time difference in Hong Kong, they powered through the day with us! Like JR said, they are living the dash.

Pets are people too. I say pets are people too because I think of my dogs like my children. If you are a pet lover, than you fully understand the love for a pet. I believe that once you allow a pet into your home, it drastically changes the dynamic of your family. Pets take on an identity of their own within the family in a positive way.

The last day of our 2012 Market America World Conference here in Miami went better than I could have wished for. Steve and I were on stage for almost two hours talking about one of my favorite things: social media. Shop.com and Market America are leading the parade in the social shopping revolution and I am so pleased that Steve and I were able to break down the basics for you on Facebook and Twitter so that you can join in. After our presentation, there was a little surprise waiting for me backstage in my dressing room! My sister Eva Longoria took the red eye all the way from Los Angeles to be here with us for Day 3 of Market America World Conference. Eva Longoria took the stage with my brother and COO Marc Ashley to speak about why she loves coming to conference (her 3rd in a row!) and being surrounded by 20,000 other entrepreneurs. Wow my girlfriend Jennifer Lopez  killed it tonight at the Mohegan Sun concert. Jennifer is such an amazing performer and today's she wasn't afraid to show her fans what she's made of! Amber, JR and I were singing and dancing to each song, we had so much fun! Jennifer gave us back stage passes so we had the opportunity to experience dress rehearsal and all the behind the scenes work that goes behind such a high-production concert! I absolutely loved the concert Jennifer was beyond amazing! I thought this was the concert of the decade.

Birthday girl Kim Kardashian was spotted yesterday afternoon in a very 70's inspired outfit and wearing a Missoni print headband. The reality TV star was on her way out with sister Kourtney Kardashian and makeup artist Joyce B in preparation of her pre-birthday pampering before heading to Vegas to celebrate her 31st birthday. Kim has spent the last three months in New York filming season 2 of "Kourtney and Kim Take New York" and and attending a few charity galas.
