If you’re looking in the mirror and wondering what happened to your skin, I have one word: holidays. The constant travel, overindulgence, late night parties, and stress are not doing your skin any favors. Hopefully, you’re on the mend now. And if you can just devote a few minutes (seconds?) to your skin rehab, it will certainly thank you. Read on for three super-simple ways to refresh your skin after the holidays.

#1. If you only have 30 seconds, I highly recommend reaching for makeup wipes and giving your skin a break. This is one of my go-to tricks at the end of a long night and then, first thing in the morning. Pack them in the fridge for an extra spa-like moment. And don’t neglect your neck!

#2. If you have 10 minutes, do yourself a favor and try this volcanic exfoliating mask. This stuff will make your skin absolutely glow in ten minutes. Exfoliation is key after the kind of holiday season we’ve all had. So put this on your face, set the timer, and gently wash it off with warm water and your fingertips. Ahhh-mazing.

#3. If you have all night, grab your favorite robe, head to the shower, and give your whole body a scrub (I have two recipes here that are delicious – try coffee or lavender). Then, once you rinse off, lather on a rich body cream (don’t forget your heels) and plop yourself on the couch. Those Netflix specials aren’t going to watch themselves!
