April 20th, 2017

If you’re wondering what to do with your leftovers (and who could blame you with all the recent family gatherings!), Hormel Foods is sharing these five quick and easy recipes to put your food to good use.  Approximately 31% (133 billion pounds) of the overall food supply in the United States is wasted each year, and food waste contributes to the 18% of total U.S. methane emissions that come from landfills. Hormel Foods, which supports the Food Waste Reduction Alliance’s efforts, has developed five simple and delicious recipes below for your ham leftovers, including Ham Mini Quiches, Ham-Egg and Cheese Monkey Bread, a Cobb Salad, a Ham Cubano, and a Ham Split Pea Soup.
