1. Be happy you are waking up to another beautiful day. Be happy for your life, friends and family and all those around you.
2. Smile at all times. Do you rather say good morning to someone with a frown or a smile? Smile at strangers, smile at your co-worker, receptionist and everyone you greet. There's nothing more pleasing to the eye than a smile.
3. Think positive it could be worse. Having a bad day? Feel like your world is going to end? Just remember that there's always light at the end of the tunnel. As long as you have health, love and life that's all that matters!
4. Make someone else laugh. Anytime I'm having a bad day I'll call my brother, daughter or friend anyone I can share a really good laugh with. This will distract me for a few minutes and get be back to a happy positive attitude.
5. Meditate. This is probably one of the best practices that help increase concentration, decrease anxiety, and boost the general feeling of happiness. Stay still for a few minutes trust me nothing. Meditation is a form of relaxation and one of the best ways to release stress.
