When someone treats you like you're not good enough, ignore them. If you meet someone who says your idea will never work or that your efforts are being wasted, run in the opposite direction. Accept that these people will never understand your passion or your dreams and move on from them and do not look back. Never let their negativity affect you or your positive thought process. When I hear the words "no" I know that I am only speaking with the wrong person and you should remember the same the next time a door closes. You have the desire to succeed and deserve to be surrounded by others with the same drive; a commitment to your goals is something to be proud of. You are the better person for living in possibility, for living with the hope and knowledge that one day you will achieve something great. 

Sexy sky-high platforms are on their way out for fall 2012 with more refined shoe styles taking their place; classic shoe shapes punched up with color and fabrics were spotted over and over again on the fall 2012 runway at fashion week. I spend countless hours each day connecting with my fans on Facebook so this article via Mashable caught my eye. A new report has just surfaced that states Facebook will be giving a select few the opportunity to verify their accounts; for the time being, to verify your Facebook account it will be invite-only for public figures with a high amount of subscribers. Twitter verifies accounts with a blue and white check mark and while there is no image to be displayed on a verified Facebook account, there are two other important features to know about. Not only will Facebook give verified users the option to have a nickname instead of their real name displayed on their Facebook profile, but verified Facebook users will show up in the "people to subscribe to" list more often. Grand gestures are great - but what makes them so great is that they don't happen often so when they do, the moment is truly appreciated. Valentine's Day is not the only day out of the year you can attempt to make a grand gesture to show your love! Any day usually works :) However, people remember the little things more often than you might think so if you don't have the funds to go big this year for Valentine's Day, it's okay.
