Spring Hairstyles with Bangs
Thinking about getting bangs this spring? Hairstyles with bangs are a great way to change things up and add a little flirtatious fringe to your look. Bangs flatter all face shapes and if you get the right haircut for your face shape, bangs can make your eyes and cheekbones pop and look amazing. Bangs work well for women who have straight or wavy hair and there are so many different hairstyles with bangs to choose from: retro, blunt, sideswept, layered. Here are four different spring hairstyles with bangs on gorgeous celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Olivia Wilde, Nicole Richie and Kerry Washington which is your favorite?
Golden Globes Hairstyles: The Updo
We had two hours of fantastic Golden Globes red carpet coverage and the one beauty trend that was on repeat last night was the updo! The official Golden Globes hairstyle was a feminine updo with either a side part or pushed back away from the face and gorgeous celebs like Jessica Alba, Emma Stone, Giuliana Rancic, Lea Michele, Debra Messing, Charlize Theron, Kate Beckinsale and Mila Kunis all rocked this Golden Globes hairstyle. Charlize even added a sparkly headband, a new trend we also saw on Michelle Williams. The updo hairstyle is a classic look that shows off your shoulders and is perfect if you're wearing chandelier earrings!
Date Night Hairstyle: Kerry Washington
Kerry Washington was spotted on the TCA Winter Press Tour rocking a beautiful beauty look that I just had to share. The Scandal actress rocked a sexy houndstooth dress and elegant drop earrings with smoky eye makeup and a messy updo that stayed put with a simple headband. This is the perfect date night hairstyle; you can pull your hair back with a skinny hairband and the tease the rest into a chignon or bun for bedhead hair that still looks put together. The hairstyle can be dressed up or dressed down depending on your weekend plans! What do you think of Kerry's headband updo?

Sticking to Your Workout Routine
I have seen so many people on Twitter and Facebook hating on "all the New Year's Resolutioners" hitting the gym this month. What happened to being supportive? Everyone has to start somewhere when it comes to getting in shape and sticking to an exercise routine can be daunting for those who have a brand-spankin-new gym membership. Smile - don't scowl! - when you see someone new at your gym they might need that moral support and motivation to keep going! Maybe you're one of the newbies or maybe you're already in the best shape of your life but everyone needs a refresher when it comes to planning and keeping a workout schedule! If you are someone who has committed to exercising on a regular basis in 2012, I've got a few tips for sticking to a workout routine:
