Do you suffer from allergies? It's important to feel our best and allergies can get in the way of our productivity due watery eyes, sore throat and constant sneezing. We seem to transition straight from a winter cold to the spring sniffles in one fell swoop but there are ways to get some allergy relief so that your allergies no longer interrupt every day life. There are simple ways to switch up your routine for allergy relief however always remember to make an appointment with a doctor to have your symptoms checked out. Here, my five easy tips for allergy relief

1. Have a blood test done to see which type of grass you allergic to. There are different kinds of pollen and finding out which specific type bothers you could lead to allergy relief

2. If you have a choice, opt for hardwood floors or tile instead of carpeting. If you have carpeting, use a HEPA vacuum.

3. For optimum allergy relief, replace you air conditioner's filter once a month to keep it clean and prevent dust circulation.

4. Drive with your car windows up and keep the windows closed in your home. Fresh air is wonderful allowing dust, pollen and other irritants from outside settle into your furniture and living space with only be problematic in the future.

5. Treat the problem from the inside out! My personal favorite supplement is Isotonix OPC-3 - studies show it is up to 20x more powerful than vitamin C and 50x more than vitamin E in neutralizing free radicals. It's also demonstrates anti-inflammatory abilities.

That list is a good start, but the blood test won't be as revealing as a lot of people would like to think.
Blood tests can reveal a sensitivity to a particular allergen but cannot conclusively point to an allergy. Additionally, even if an individual is allergic to what they are tested for, and the results come up positive, IgE tests give no indication to the allergic severity to any particular allergen.
Because there are so many variables to consider (geography, allergen exposure, age, etc.), skin prick and blood tests factored in to a person's medical history is currently the most accurate way to pin down an allergy.

Hum bhi mohabbat karke gunehgar ho gaye
pehle phool the abk khak ho gaye,

jab se dekha hai tumhare hasin chehre ko,
hum bhi tumhari chahat k talabgar ho gaye.
