Prize:

One winner will be randomly selected by Lorensworld.com to receive the Yours by Loren for HSN 6.74ct Graduated Shades of Topaz earrings courtesy of Loren’s World Inc. (the “Prize”).  Costs of shipping the Prize to the winner will be paid by Loren's World, Inc. All costs, including federal, state and local sales, income and other taxes, insurance, and other expenses not specifically identified above as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution for the Prize is permissible, except by Loren's World, Inc. due to prize unavailability, and then a prize of equal or greater value (as determined by Loren's World, Inc.) may be substituted.   

Rules and Qualifications:

1. Applicants must Like the Yours by Loren Facebook page and comment on the "Yours by Loren for HSN Earrings Giveaway" blog post.
2. Applicants must tweet "I entered to win @yoursbyloren @lorenridinger topaz earrings! #YBLgiveaway" in order to qualify
3. Applicants must reside in one of the 50 United States and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
4. Market America Independent Distributors are eligible to participate, unless they are currently involved in Market America’s corrective action process.
5. Market America employees and their families are not eligible to participate.
6. Sweepstakes is limited to one entry per person.
7. Entries may be submitted from 12:01 pm EST on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 through 5:00 pm EST on Friday, February 24, 2012.
8. Entries that do not meet all rules and qualifications will be disqualified.
9. No purchase is necessary to enter.
10. The winner will be randomly selected by LorensWorld.com. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
11. The winners will be notified via email on Saturday, February 25, 2012
12. The Prize winner must respond by 5:00 pm EST on Monday, February 27, 2012 to claim their Prize. If the winner doesn’t respond via email by the above deadline, another winner will be chosen. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
