Eva Longoria's Last Season On Desperate Housewives
It has been confirmed that Desperate Housewives is in the process of filming its last season. Eva Longoria's message in the twitterverse read, "It is confirmed! We are filming our last season of Desperate Housewives! I am so grateful for what the show has given me! We always knew that we wanted to end on top and I thank ABC for giving us our victory lap! And a special thanks to Marc Cherry who forever changed my life!"
Eva introduced us to the feisty, sexy, ex-model Gabrielle Solis in October of 2004. We watched as Gabrielle carried out an affair with her gardener, went through a divorce, fell in love with Fairview's mayor, has an affair with her ex-husband Carlos, they raise two daughters to discover one is not theirs, all which brings us to the much anticipated final season this fall.
Eva has shown true depth as a versatile actress the the ability to portray a complex character that seems so real and has various points of identity that we have seen within our selves. Although this is the final season and we know that even good things will come to an end; Wisteria Lane is one neighborhood that will not be forgotten. Eva we look forward to the last season and will you continued success in all of your future endeavors! We will certainly miss Gabrielle Solis. Eva you are an amazing actress, philanthropist and entrepreneur and will continue to support you where ever you go.
